Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Department of Sindh is procuring solar street lights for installation at the main road and surrounding areas of Dargah Saeedi Moosani located in Village Nau Goth, Taluka Mehar, District Dadu. This project involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of solar street lighting systems including RCC foundations, MS tubular poles, GI single arm double arches, and all-in-one solar street light units with a 250 Watt Philips chip and 3 years warranty. The contract duration is 24 months, and the work will be executed under the supervision of the Executive Engineer (Dev) Public Health Engineering Division Dadu.
The technical scope includes construction of RCC foundations, provision and fixing of MS tubular poles, manufacturing and fixing of GI single arm double arches, and installation of solar street lights with specified technical parameters. The project requires bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, possess valid FBR/NTN registration, and demonstrate experience in similar works executed in the last three years. Bidders must also provide evidence of financial capability, technical personnel qualifications, and machinery availability as per tender requirements.
The bid security is 5% of the bid price, payable via Call Deposit from a scheduled bank. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Dev) Public Health Engineering Division Dadu upon payment of Rs. 5000. The deadline for bid submission is 12 May 2026 at 12:00 pm, with technical bids opening at 12:30 pm the same day at the same office. Bids must be submitted in person or by registered mail; electronic submissions are not accepted.
