Provision of Canopy Shed on 1st Floor of Terminal Building and PAA Masjid at BKIAP Peshawar

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the provision of a canopy shed on the 1st floor of the Terminal Building and PAA Masjid at Bacha Khan International Airport, Peshawar. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Fixing fiber shed consisting of 5 ply fiber sheet and 2" X 2" MS Box Pipe 16 gauge main frame beams and central bracing 2" x 2" at 24" C/C diagonal and 2" x 2" support upto 2 feet c/c over 4" dia M.S pipe 16 Guage 10-14 feet height including cost of M.S steel plate 1/2" thick in floor, size 12" X 12" cutting fitting welding painting etc. completed as per direction of Engineer incharge in 1st floor (442 sft) - Fixing Fiberglass sheet of 2.5mm thickness consisting of imported quality polyester resin using 2 layers of imported strand matt or approved manufacturer with existing frame including cost of nut bolts, limpet washers, silicone tube, adhesive material / chemicals etc complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge (111 sft) The scope includes all civil works related to the canopy shed installation at the specified locations within BKIAP Peshawar. The contractor must ensure quality materials and workmanship as per specifications and complete the work within 30 days from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in constructor category C-6 or above, active taxpayer status with FBR, valid professional tax certificate, and no blacklisting or litigation. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the portal. Original bid security instruments must be submitted physically before bid opening. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract.
