The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment including refrigerators, ovens, and gas during load management periods. The Islamabad High Court will provide utilities such as electricity, water, and natural gas (subject to availability). Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered firms with Active Taxpayers List (ATL), valid GST/NTN, and based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Experience in running canteen/cafeteria services in private, semi-government, or government organizations is preferred. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 25,000 and successful bidders will provide a performance guarantee of Rs. 100,000.
