Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base Chakala Emergency Work

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for emergency work at PAF Base Chaklala in accordance with PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. The procuring department is the Military Engineer Services, located at Chaklala, Punjab. This tender involves the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base under multiple lots as follows: - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (EE) Rs. 49.190 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (EE) Rs. 49.839 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (EE) Rs. 49.970 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (JJ) Rs. 59.947 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (JJ) Rs. 40.451 Million The scope includes emergency construction and civil works at the PAF Base Chaklala. Contractors must have relevant experience and meet the special conditions required for the job and area. Only firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories 'A' and 'B' and listed on the approved MES list with experience in similar works are eligible to apply. Contractors must submit complete credentials and a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors. The tender must be received by the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 22 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day. Contractors may be present at the opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
