Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) office at Chaklala invites sealed tenders for provision of certain facilities at the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Base in Chaklala, Punjab. This procurement is for two distinct works: provision of facilities at PAF Base (MM) with an estimated cost of Rs. 65.070 Million and provision of facilities at PAF Base (NN) with an estimated cost of Rs. 41.331 Million, totaling Rs. 106.401 Million.

Firms are required to furnish detailed information including work orders, locations, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users. Eligible firms must have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant field.
Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding inspection or evaluation reports. Additionally, firms must submit personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years.
Only firms enlisted with PEC in category C-6 or above in the relevant field and enlisted with MES in Category A are eligible. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security. No special spot of DW&CE or MES is required.
Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 1130 hours on 13 November 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hours.

Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in compliance with PPRA rules and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Attention to detail in documentation and adherence to PEC and MES enlistment criteria will enhance chances of successful bidding.
