Pre-Qualification for Renovation and Uplifting of Asaan Khidmat Centre at New PM House Narrul Muzaffarabad

The Executive Engineer PWD Maintenance Division Muzaffarabad, on behalf of the Government of the State of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible constructors for the renovation and uplifting of the Asaan Khidmat Centre located at New PM House Narrul Muzaffarabad. This project aims to enhance the facility to better serve the public with improved infrastructure and services. Items being procured: - Renovation and uplifting works of Asaan Khidmat Centre at New PM House Narrul Muzaffarabad The scope includes comprehensive civil works involving structural repairs, finishing, and modernization of the center to meet current standards. The project requires contractors registered with PEC in Category C-4 and above (Code CE-10) for Construction and Operation of Engineering Works. Bidders must have successfully completed at least two similar projects each valued at PKR 90.114 million or more within the last five years. Joint ventures must ensure each partner meets the minimum contract value requirement. Interested bidders should obtain username and login credentials from the IT section at the Office of Chief Engineer Building/PFIE Muzaffarabad, Block H, DHQ Muzaffarabad, and may receive training on the e-bidding procedure. Already registered firms can use existing credentials. Applications must be uploaded in PDF format on the e-bidding dashboard by **13th November 2026 at 11:00 AM**. The electronic system will open submissions immediately after the deadline, and participant lists will be visible from 11:01 AM the same day. Hard copies of applications with all required documents, duly signed and stamped, must be submitted within two days after opening to the Employer's address. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any application as per KPPRARules. Successful pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process expected in November 2026.
