Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant fields and have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them. Only firms enlisted with PEC in Category C-5 or above and preferably enlisted with MES in Category A are eligible. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be submitted at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 11:30 hours on 23 October 2026. The tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
