Roof Insulation, Repair, Maintenance and Supply Works at Okara Cantt

The Military Engineering Service (MES) invites sealed tenders for various repair, maintenance, insulation, and supply works at Okara Cantt. The contract amount for each work is up to **Rs. 4 Million**. The works include: - Roof insulation/treatment at western Half of Okara Cantt (2x CAs) - Repair/Maintenance works of Ammo Mag/Kote at western Half of Okara Cantt (2x CAs) - Repair/Maintenance works of Non Resdl Accn at western Half of Okara Cantt (2x CAs) - Repair/Maintenance works of Resdl Accn at Okara Cantt (2x CAs) - Supply of Material (B&R) items (2x CAs) - Supply of Material (E&M) items (2x CAs) - DC for B&R at Okara Cantt (4x CAs) - TC for B&R at Okara Cantt (6x CAs) - TC for Electric, Water Supply and Sui Gas at Okara Cantt (5x CAs) These works cover a range of civil and electrical maintenance and supply tasks within the Okara Cantonment area. Contractors must be enlisted with MES in category E or above. Those not on the approved MES list must provide a certificate detailing works executed in the last two years and current projects. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for issuance of tender documents. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of GE (Army) – I Okara Cantt upon submission of complete credentials. Tenders must be received by the accepting officer by **1130 hrs** and will be opened at **1200 hrs** on the specified dates. The initial closing date is **02-11-2026**, with subsequent dates extending into 2027 for later works.
