Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Peshawar. This procurement is specifically for the office of GE (Air) Base Peshawar and involves multiple works related to facility provision at the base.
Items being procured:
- Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Peshawar (30 separate line items with amounts ranging from Rs. 3.5 Million to Rs. 4.0 Million each)
The scope includes the supply and installation of various facilities at the PAF Base, with each item valued approximately between Rs. 3.5 Million and Rs. 4.0 Million. The tender documents will be scrutinized and issued only to firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and who satisfy other special conditions required for the job and area. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under MES Category 'E' and have relevant experience. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
Tender submissions must be received by 1130 Hrs on 09 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same day. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no special report against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).
The tender process will be conducted under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids and ensure all required credentials and earnest money are submitted timely. Early coordination with the authorized representative at PAF Base Peshawar during working days from 07:15 to 13:35 is recommended for clarifications.
