Construction and Maintenance Works at Government College of Technology Sargodha

Government College of Technology Sargodha invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax authorities for various construction and maintenance works at the college premises in Sargodha. The scope of work includes civil, electrical, and repair works as per the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Construction of new classrooms (as per design) - Repair and renovation of existing academic blocks - Electrical wiring and installation of new fixtures - Maintenance of college boundary wall - Painting and finishing works - Plumbing and sanitary repairs - Miscellaneous minor civil works All works must be completed in accordance with the technical drawings and standards specified by the college. Bidders must possess valid PEC registration in the relevant category and be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Earnest Money of 2 percent of the bid amount in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required with the bid submission. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, ensuring technical and financial proposals are submitted separately. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Principal, Government College of Technology Sargodha, by 2 July 2026. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
