Tender Description
The National Institute for Agricultural Biotechnology (NIAB) Faisalabad invites sealed tenders on F.O.R. basis from reputable firms and suppliers registered with the Sales Tax Department and holding valid GST/NTN. The procurement is for materials required for the main building, specifically:
- X4-SBR
- Rock Patch RF4
- M6EP (Epoxy Injection)
- Rock Seal C12
- PU Injection (Water Tank)
- M4EP (Epoxy Repair)
Detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the NIAB office on any working day except Saturday and Sunday, between 0830 hrs to 1530 hrs. Tender documents are available upon payment of Rs. 1,500/- in shape of CDR or bank draft in favor of the Accounts Officer, NIAB, P.O. Box No. 128, Faisalabad. The tenders must be submitted adopting the Single Stage - One Envelope bidding procedure. Tender receipt deadline is 15th September 2026 before 1400 hrs, with opening at 1430 hrs the same day.
Bidders must ensure their firms are registered with the Sales Tax Department and have valid GST/NTN numbers. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. It is advisable for bidders to carefully prepare their bids and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
