Provision of Conservancy Services at PNS Raza Karachi

Sealed quotations are invited from GST/Professional Tax registered and security cleared firms for the provision of conservancy services at PNS Raza Karachi for the period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The contract requires firms capable of undertaking the job on a daily or alternate day basis. Items being procured: - Removal of Kachra - Provision of 05 bush cutters - Conservancy labor salaries as per government rates paid by the contractor - Provision of Khaad dumper as and when required The scope includes regular cleaning and waste removal at the PNS Raza site, ensuring hygienic conditions and proper disposal of waste materials. The contractor must provide labor and equipment as specified and maintain service quality throughout the contract period. Eligible bidders must be registered with GST and Professional Tax authorities and have security clearance. Quotations must be submitted by 17 October 2026. Tender documents can be obtained from PNS Raza before the closing date. Quotations should reach the Commanding Officer PNS Raza at National Stadium Road, Karachi by 17 October 2026 at 0900 hrs. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1000 hrs in the presence of contractors. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to cancel any or all quotations after stating reasons.
