Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Chaklala, Islamabad. This procurement is issued by the Military Engineer Services and concerns multiple construction and infrastructure works at the PAF Base.

The scope includes construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works at the PAF Base. Firms must provide details including work orders, location, pictures of completed projects, and satisfactory completion certificates. Eligibility requires registration with PEC in relevant fields, preferably PEC Category C-5 or above, and preferably MES enlistment in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Firms must also submit personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Contractors must certify no litigation or outstanding reports against them.
Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms. The tender submission deadline is 16 November 2026 at 1130 hours at HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
