The works are to be completed within 12 months. The tender fee is Rs. 3000 and earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost for each lot. Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid renewal up to June 2027 in relevant categories, valid registration with Electric Inspectorate/Electric License, FBR registration with active taxpayer status, valid ISO certifications (9001:2015 and 45001:2018), and registration with Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board supported by last three years' tax returns. Firms must have no adverse litigation history and must provide audit reports for the last five years. Experience of similar works executed in the last five years is mandatory with at least one work having minimum 80% of the estimated cost and two works with minimum 50% of the estimated cost.
