The project requires specialized knowledge in solar energy systems, including EE11 (i) Solar, EE11 (ii) Solar Energy, and EE11 (iii) Solar Energy System codes as per Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) regulations. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC in category C-6 or above, registration with FBR and presence on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency and must have Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Experience of at least three similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 16,632,000 in the last three years is mandatory. The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Earnest money of 2% of the bid value must be submitted as deposit at call. Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1000.
