Tender Description
The Cooperative Model Town Society (1962) Ltd, based in Lahore, invites sealed bids from contracting firms already enlisted with the Society for the provision and fixing of various construction and furnishing items. This tender is specifically for the Model Town Society Lahore and covers a range of works and supplies essential for the maintenance and enhancement of the society's infrastructure.

The technical scope includes the installation and fixing of tensile fabric sheds, fabrication and placement of MS plate forms, supply and installation of wardrobes, and air conditioning units along with other miscellaneous items as required by the society. The work will be carried out at the Model Town Society premises, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timely completion.
Eligible bidders must be contracting firms already enlisted with the Model Town Society. They should possess relevant PEC categories for civil and electrical works, along with valid FBR registration and ATL status. Experience in similar projects will be an added advantage.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Civil Engineer, Model Town Society, during working hours upon submission of a written request. Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 01:00 PM on 23-07-2026. The bids will be opened one hour after the deadline in the presence of the Evaluation Committee and authorized representatives of bidders.
Late, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
