Provision of Food Commodities for Hearing Impaired Boys Hostel Bahawalpur

The Principal Govt. Secondary School of Special Education for Hearing Impaired Boys in Bahawalpur invites bids through the E-Procurement System Punjab for the provision of food commodities for hearing impaired boarders residing in the hostel of the school for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at ensuring quality food supply to support the nutritional needs of the students residing in the hostel. Items being procured: - Provision of Food Commodities for Hearing Impaired Boys residing in Hostel. The scope includes supplying food items as per the laid down menu, procedure, and instructions mentioned in the tender form. The firm must provide the food commodities at its own expense and ensure the quality meets the standards set by the nominated Quality Inspection Officer/Committee. Any sub-standard supply will require replacement at the firm's cost. Rates should reflect realistic market prices at the time of supply order issuance. Firms charging extra-ordinary high rates will be liable to deposit the difference. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income and sales tax and preferably have previous experience. They must not be blacklisted by any department or corporation of the Government of Punjab. Tender forms and detailed specifications can be obtained from the Punjab Procurement Regulation Authority (PPRA) or the E-Procurement System Punjab portal. Bids must be uploaded on or before the deadline of 06 November 2026 before 10:00 a.m. The evaluation meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on the same day in the office of the Principal, Govt. Secondary School (HI-Boys), Bahawalpur, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A 5% CDR amounting to Rs. 2,350,000/- is required as bid security. Successful bidders will provide a 10% performance guarantee before contract award and issuance of the supply order. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all documents including valid sales tax, income tax registration certificates, and CNIC copies are uploaded correctly with the bid to avoid rejection.
