The District Health Officer (Medical Services) of the District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for five independent lot-wise framework rate contracts under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Bidders must be registered firms or authorized dealers as per lot-specific eligibility criteria, including valid licenses and registrations such as Centralized Drug-sale License for Lot 1. Financial evaluation and technical responsiveness will be assessed separately for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal by 10 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 a.m. Bidders must provide a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot. Prices should include delivery to Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi, Special Prison Hospital, and District Health Authority Rawalpindi. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline.
