Provision of Food Commodities/Items for Special Boarders for Financial Year 2026-27

The Principal of Govt. Secondary School of Special Education (H.I) Muzaffargarh invites E-Bids from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered firms for the provision of food commodities/items for special boarders for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under Punjab Procurement Regulations and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). Items being procured: - Food commodities/items for special boarders The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADS) with bids submitted electronically. The estimated cost of procurement is **PKR 25,00,000/- (2.5 Million)**. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost amounting to **PKR 125000/-** (One lac & Twenty five thousand) is required. Bidders must submit all bidding documents through the EP system, including the Bid Security CDR via the prescribed digital Bid Security mechanism (1Link/PSID). The procedure follows a single stage one envelope bidding system. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value through the prescribed mode (1Link/PSID) and will execute a formal contract agreement prior to issuance of the supply order. All rates quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be deducted as per government rules. The bid validity period is three months from the publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to the evaluation criteria mentioned in the tender form.
