Provision of Food Commodities/Items for Special Boarders for Financial Year 2026-27

Govt Degree College of Special Education Dera Ghazi Khan invites E-Bids according to Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) from Federal Board of Revenue (Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered) and Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PS) registered firms for the provision of food commodities/items for special boarders for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Food commodities/items for special boarders The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PS) with E-Bid submission and opening scheduled on 12th October 2026 at 10:00 am and 10:30 am respectively. Bidders must submit their bids online through e-PS only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The estimated cost of procurement is **PKR 40,00,000/- (Four Million)** with a bid security of **PKR 80,000/- (Eighty Thousand)** required at 2% of the estimated cost. Successful bidders will also be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount through online bank transfer against the e-PS generated PSID. This procurement follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. All rates quoted should be inclusive of applicable taxes, which will be deducted as per government rules. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all terms and conditions available free of cost on the e-PS portal and PPRA website. The Principal Govt Degree College of Special Education Dera Ghazi Khan will oversee the contract and issuance of supply orders. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-PS guidelines and ensure timely submission to avoid rejection. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security payment slip (PSID) is submitted online with your bid as proof of bid security. Manual CDRs will not be accepted and will lead to disqualification. Bids must be submitted online by 12th October 2026 till 10:00 am, with opening at 10:30 am on the same day.
