Provision of Furniture for Construction of Children School Manora and Provision of Furniture for Construction of 02 x CPOs Block No. 31 & 32 (G+3) (Total 08 Flats) at Sabir SRE Karachi

The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms and issuance of tenders for the provision of furniture for two major construction projects. The first project involves furnishing the Children School at Manora with an estimated cost of Rs. 1.624 Million. The second project requires furniture for the construction of 02 x CPOs Block No. 31 & 32 (G+3) comprising a total of 08 flats at Sabir SRE Karachi, estimated at Rs. 1.100 Million. Items being procured: - Furniture for Construction of Children School Manora - Furniture for Construction of 02 x CPOs Block No. 31 & 32 (G+3) (Total 08 Flats) at Sabir SRE Karachi Eligible firms must be enlisted with MES in unlimited category or other government departments with relevant experience. Non-enlisted applicants must provide detailed information including work executed in the last two years, agency details, amount of work, time allowed, completion status, progress percentage, and departmental performance reports. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit earnest money in the form of FDR, CDR, or bank receipt in favor of GE (Navy) Const Manora. A security deposit of Rs. 300,000/- is required from non-enlisted contractors upon acceptance of tender. The earnest money is refundable if the tender is not accepted or if the contractor is not awarded the contract. Contractors suspended from MES approved lists due to non-depositing of security amounts are not eligible. The acceptance officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications under PPRA Rules 2004. Interested bidders should submit their bids by 27 August 2026 at 12:00 AM. The tender opening will also be held on 27 August 2026 at 12:00 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring all required documents and earnest money deposits are in order to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to accommodate any unforeseen delays.
