Provision of Furniture for Daanish School Harighel Bagh, AJK (Furniture Work)

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training through its Project Management Unit invites sealed bids from contractors duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and holding a valid PEC license for furniture works. This tender is specifically for the provision of furniture for Daanish School located in Harighel Bagh, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). Items being procured: - Furniture for Daanish School Harighel Bagh (furniture work) The scope of work includes supplying and installing quality furniture suitable for educational institutions, meeting the standards and specifications outlined in the bidding documents. The project site is in Harighel Bagh, AJK, and bidders must ensure compliance with all technical and quality requirements. The tender requires submission of a Technical Bid including firm details, PEC enlistment, tax registration, and completion certificates for similar works done in the last five years. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and possess valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar furniture supply projects is mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 4,980,605 must be submitted in the technical envelope. Cash or cheque payments will not be accepted.
