Provision of Furniture for Daanish School Harighel Bagh, AJK

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training through its Project Management Unit (PMU) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the provision of furniture for Daanish School Harighel Bagh, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply high-quality furniture to various facilities within the school including classrooms, science labs, computer labs, offices, sports room, staffrooms, cafeteria, hostels, and other administrative and recreational areas. Items being procured: - Study Chairs with mild steel legs for classrooms (qty 42 per classroom) - Teacher Chairs and Tables made of steel and sheesham wood - Rostrum made of laminated board - Soft Boards (Green cloth mounted over ply board) - Laminated ply white boards - Wooden storage racks and wardrobes - Computer tables and revolving chairs - Sofas and center tables for offices and staffrooms - Sports room furniture including chairs and tables - Furniture for multipurpose hall including chairs, tables, stage carpet and lights - Furniture for visitor room, dispensary, library, prayer area, PA rooms, cafeteria, reception, lecture hall, student and teacher hostels, residential blocks, STEM labs, and robotics lab The technical scope includes supply, delivery, and installation of furniture as per detailed specifications and quantities listed in the tender documents. The furniture must be durable, conform to quality standards, and suitable for the intended use in educational and administrative settings. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, FBR registration with active taxpayer status, GST registration, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Bidders must provide evidence of similar projects completed in the last five years with completion certificates and demonstrate financial strength with audited accounts for the last three years. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on July 22, 2026, at 14:30 at PMU Sector G-7/1 Khayban e Suhurwardy Islamabad. The bid submission deadline is August 3, 2026, at 14:00 hours via EPADS v2.0. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit is required.
