Provision of Furniture for Office of Resident Director Audit WASA Lahore

Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), under Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites bids from Suppliers and Contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC License in category C-6 or above and active filer NTN and PNTN for the provision of furniture for the use in the office of Resident Director Audit WASA Lahore. Items being procured: - Furniture for office use of Resident Director Audit WASA Lahore The procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System as per PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidding documents with detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available on https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-10-2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A digital bid security/e-Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 61,740/- in favor of WASA Lahore is required and will be verified on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must ensure their bids are free from corruption or virus to avoid rejection as per Regulation-8(4) of PPRA Regulations 2024. Bids will remain valid for 120 days. Tendered rates must be filled in figures and words and signed as per instructions. If the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered.
