Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) Karachi is procuring comprehensive health insurance services for its employees and their dependents for a period of 12 months. This procurement covers extensive medical coverage including hospitalization, doctor visits, ICU charges, surgical procedures, pre and post hospitalization treatments, ambulance services, maternity care, and emergency medical services. The insurance coverage is designed to meet the needs of 128 insured lives including employees, spouses, and children with detailed benefits such as daily room and board limits, major medical care, maternity care, and coverage for pre-existing conditions. The scope requires a well-reputed health insurance firm registered with SECP, having at least 12 years of experience in the corporate sector, and listed on the Active Taxpayer Lists of both FBR and SRB. The bidder must have a strong financial standing with a minimum equity of PKR 0.5 billion, operational 24/7 medical call center, and a panel of full-time doctors for case management. The bidding documents are available for free download from the Sindh eProcurement portal and submission must be made online through the EPADS system. The tender follows a single stage-one envelope procedure with a bid security of 2% of the total bid value payable via Pay Order. The deadline for bid submission is 18th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals, ensuring all required documents such as NTN, sales tax registration, audited financial statements, and affidavits are included. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening.
