Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R), Karachi invites bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) from well reputed Health Insurance Companies registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax with SRB and SECP. Items being procured: - Provision of Health Insurance Policy for Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Employees and Their Dependents The procurement is for a comprehensive health insurance policy covering employees and their dependents of the Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in Karachi. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with all regulatory requirements. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded from https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ or www.sipmr.edu.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders should register on the EPADS system at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. The bids must be submitted on EPADS by 7th September 2026 up to 11:00 am. An original non-refundable instrument of Rs. 5,000/- and bid security as per bid data sheet must reach the procurement department at the Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation office before the deadline. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am. The bid security and instrument copy must also be submitted on EPADS.
