Investment of Endowment Fund by Scheduled Banks in Gilgit-Baltistan

The Department of Higher, Technical & Special Education Gilgit-Baltistan Secretariat invites sealed tenders from scheduled Banks operating in Gilgit-Baltistan, including Karakoram Co-operative Bank Limited (KCBL), for the investment of the Endowment Fund of the department located at the new Secretariat, Jutial, Gilgit. Items being procured: - Investment of Endowment Fund by scheduled Banks including Karakoram Co-operative Bank Limited (KCBL) The tender documents containing terms and conditions can be obtained from the Higher Technical and Special Education Secretariat Jutial Gilgit upon written application on the bank's letterhead during working hours. A non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 10,000/- is required. The bids must reach the office of the Section Officer (B&A) Higher, Technical and Special Education on or before 15th October 2026 by 10:30 am. The bids will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Deputy Secretary (B&A). The Investment Committee/Procurement Committee of the Endowment Fund under the HT&SE Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Banks are encouraged to provide clear rates of interest on a yearly basis based on their bids. Submission of a bid declaration form with the bids is mandatory.
