Provision of Health Insurance Services to TransPeshawar

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites bids for the provision of Health Insurance Services to TransPeshawar in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is for project implementation, management, and maintenance of urban rapid transit projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. Items being procured: - Health Insurance Services for TransPeshawar The scope includes comprehensive health insurance coverage as detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Eligible service providers must be registered with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of both authorities. The procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per the Act and Rules of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 12, 2026, at 11:30 AM (PST) at the TransPeshawar office for interested bidders. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by October 21, 2026, at 11:30 AM (PST). Hard copy submissions are not allowed. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM (PST) in the presence of attending service providers. Bidders should ensure bid security and all required documents are submitted as per the RFP. TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel any or all bids with valid reasons.
