Outsource Services for Janitorial, Technician & Support Staff for Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services

Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) invites bids electronically through the EPADS portal for outsource services of Janitorial, Technician, and Support Staff under a framework contract for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Janitorial Staff - Tea Boys - Technicians - Cooks - Bike with Fuel for Technician use The scope includes daily cleaning of offices, toilets, disposal of garbage, serving tea and lunch, routine maintenance and repair of office equipment, and kitchen duties. The contract covers multiple locations with specified quantities of staff for each site. The contract duration is one year with rates fixed for the period and extendable based on performance. Eligible bidders must be registered with federal or provincial tax authorities, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and comply with PEC and SPPRA rules. A refundable bid security of PKR 1,160,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 26th October 2026 at 11:30 AM.
