Provision of Home Solar Systems at Multiple Locations in Balochistan

The Energy Department invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of home solar systems at various locations in Balochistan under the PSDP schemes for the year 2026. The procurement covers four specific projects: - Provision of Home Solar System at Sibi, Bolan Kacchi under PSDP No.1848 Z2026.2317 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10,000,000) - Home Solar System for Tehsil Qamardin Zhob under PSDP No.1800 Z2026.1092 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10,000,000) - Home Solar System for Various Uksulli of District Pishin under PSDP No.1803 Z2026.1096 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 15,000,000) - Home Solar System for Tehsil Killasaf Ullah & Tehsil Muslim Bagh Killa Saifullah under PSDP No.1882 Z2026.3964 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 15,000,000) The scope includes supply and installation of solar energy systems suitable for home use. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and active on the Active Taxpayer List. Firms must have completed at least one similar assignment with a turnover of at least Rs. 7,000,000. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization EE11(i), EE11(ii), or EE11(iii) related to solar energy is mandatory. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call.
