Provision and Installation of Air Conditioner and Mattress

Bahria University Islamabad Campus invites bids on E-PADS from Income Tax and sales tax registered firms for purchase and installation of Air Conditioners and Mattresses as per following quantity. Single stage two envelope methodology shall apply. Items being procured: - Air Conditioners (1.5 Ton) (as per specification in bidding documents) 30 units - Mattresses single bed 170 units The procurement involves supply and installation of 1.5 Ton air conditioners and single bed mattresses at Bahria University Islamabad Campus located at E-8, Sector E-8, Shangrila Road, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Bidders must be experienced firms with at least 5 years in related work and registered with relevant tax authorities. Tender documents can be obtained from E-PADS or Procurement Office during office hours against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 16 November 2026 at 1100 hrs. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest money in original must be deposited in procurement office before the deadline. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reason. Interested bidders should carefully review specifications and terms in bidding documents. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all uploaded documents are complete and original bid security is submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
