Supply and Installation of 02 Ton Floor Standing Air Conditioners at Salam Block ICT Network Room, NUML Islamabad

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Islamabad invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply and installation of air conditioners at the Salam Block ICT Network Room located at the main campus in Sector H-9, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 2 Ton (T3 Technology) floor standing air conditioners (Gree or equivalent) - Copper piping including 5 core copper cable (3/4, 3/8) with insulation and wiring - Drain pipe UPVC ¾ with installation materials - 6mm 3 core copper cable supply and installation - Schneider electric breakers MCCB 32 amps 02 Pole for ACs including installation materials - Outdoor and indoor stands and outdoor choki (2 Nos) - PVC duct patti (60x60) Adam G or equivalent with installation materials The technical scope includes complete installation materials as per site requirements and directions from the site engineer. The air conditioners come with a 10-year compressor warranty and 5 years on PCB, motors, parts, and service. The project requires PEC registration category C-6 or above, valid FBR active taxpayer status, relevant experience in electrical works, and submission of bid security amounting to Rs. 62,753 in original hard copy along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 via pay order in favor of Rector NUML. Bidders must upload soft copies of bid security and tender documents on EPADS and submit the original bid security at NUML Main Campus before the tender opening. The tender opening is scheduled for 16 November 2026 at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders. Interested contractors are advised to visit the project site prior to quoting. NUML reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA rules. The successful bidder will be responsible for a one-year maintenance period with a 5% security deduction from each bill.
