Construction of Drains, Sewerage Line and Black Top Roads at Killi Samungli, Killi Sheikh Manda Airport Road and Killi Ali Muhammad, Aghbarg, Quetta

The Saddar CWPP&H Department Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of drains, sewerage line and black top roads at Killi Samungli, Killi Sheikh Manda Airport Road and Killi Ali Muhammad, Aghbarg, Quetta for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Drains - Sewerage Line - Black Top Roads at Killi Samungli - Black Top Roads at Killi Sheikh Manda Airport Road - Black Top Roads at Killi Ali Muhammad, Aghbarg Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency or Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of 76,617,100 PKR in the last 3 years, showing financial capacity with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-4 and above (up to 20% works in relevant category and specializations). Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 75% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bid Security of 3% is required in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Bidders must provide a green challan and system generated BPPRA challan. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Issuance of tender documents and submission of bids is electronic only. The last date for bid submission is 29 September 2026 at 11:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM at the C&W Department near Ayoub Stadium Quetta.
