Provision and Installation of Home Solar System at Villages Mir Behram Khan Buledi, Rehmatput Buledi, and Mir Ajab Khan Buledi Tehsil Ghafoorabad Naseerabad

The Energy Department invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of home solar system installation works at three villages in Tehsil Ghafoorabad, Naseerabad district. The projects include provision and installation of home solar systems at the following locations: - Village Mir Behram Khan Buledi - Village Rehmatput Buledi - Village Mir Ajab Khan Buledi Each project has an estimated cost of Rs. 28,000,000 with a bid security of 2% required. The scope involves installation of solar energy systems compliant with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-5 and specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), and EE11(iii) related to solar energy. The bidder must have completed at least one similar assignment with a turnover of at least Rs. 19,600,000 in the last three years and must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and active on the Active Taxpayer List. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% bid security.
