The Local Govt & Rural Dev Dept Pishin invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids for the provision and installation of home solar systems at MC Pishin City and District Pishin under the PSDP 2026-2027 scheme. Items being procured: - Provision and installation of home solar at MC Pishin City and District Pishin (Tender Amount Rs. 99,990,000/-). Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, valid registration with PEC, Income Tax and BRA. The bidder must have completed at least one similar work of minimum Rs. 69,993,000 in previous years, with financial capacity and PEC C-4 registration or above in relevant category and specialized code CE09(ii) (Water Supply). Bidders must provide affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no nonperformance in last 5 years. At least 2 similar projects in last 5 years required, with minimum 80% similarity and 50% cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted.
