Supply, Installation, Replacement and Maintenance of Electrical System and Solar PV Equipment from Shahdra to Gajju Matta at Designated Places in Lahore Metrobus System

Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) invites electronic bids for the procurement of services related to the supply, installation, replacement, and maintenance of electrical systems and solar PV equipment along the Lahore Metrobus route from Shahdra to Gajju Matta at designated locations. This tender is specifically for the Lahore Metrobus system, ensuring safe and efficient urban transportation. Items being procured: - Supply of electrical system components - Installation of electrical systems - Replacement of electrical system parts - Maintenance of electrical systems - Supply and maintenance of solar PV equipment The scope covers all designated places along the Metrobus corridor, requiring expertise in electrical and solar power systems. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in at least C-3 category with relevant electrical works codes, renewed for the year 2026-27. Firms must also be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)/AOP, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and must be active taxpayers (ATL). The tender documents can be downloaded from the PMA website (www.pma.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), and Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to submit their bids electronically. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A bid security of PKR 2,000,000 must be submitted electronically in favor of Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15th September 2026 at 1400 Hrs at the PMA office for interested bidders. The deadline for bid submission is 25th September 2026 at 1400 Hrs, with bid opening at 1430 Hrs the same day. PMA reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any time before announcing results. There is no tender fee for downloading or submitting bids under the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-procurement registration and submission procedures to avoid disqualification.
