Provision and Installation of Home Solar at MC Pishin City and District Pishin

The Local Govt & Rural Dev Dept Pishin invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per prevailing B-CSR 2026 rates from interested firms/suppliers/contractors with valid PEC, Income Tax and BRA registrations for the PSDP 2026-2027 scheme. Items being procured: - Provision and Installation of Home Solar at MC Pishin City and District Pishin Procurement is under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, valid PEC registration C-4 and above (Upto 200 million) in Water Supply category with specialization code CE09(ii).
