Provision & Installation of Inverex Nitrox Inverter with Lithium Battery at Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women Nawabshah

The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Nawabshah, Shaheed Benazirabad, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the provision and installation of Inverex Nitrox Inverters with Lithium Batteries. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the power backup and energy efficiency of the university's facilities in Nawabshah. Items being procured: - Inverex Nitrox 10kW Hybrid Inverter, 48V, single phase, pure sine wave, with MPPT (2 Nos) - Inverex Lithium LiFePO4 Battery, 11.8kWh, 48V, with integrated BMS (2 Nos) - Electrical & Solar Accessories including AC Cables, DC Cables, Battery Cables, AC & DC Circuit Breakers, Changeovers, Electric Panels, Bus Bar, PVC Piping, Ducting, Fitting & Miscellaneous Items - Cable Tray (50 ft) - Complete Engineering Installation of Inverter and Battery - Earthing & Grounding (AC/DC Earthing approximately) Additionally, the scope includes supply of Tier-1 A-grade Jinko Solar Panels (630 Watts Bi-Facial x20), Inverex Nitrox 8kW (3 Phase) IP-65 inverter, MS Mounting Frames, and related accessories with installation and commissioning. The technical specifications require that all goods meet or exceed the standards specified in the Bill of Quantities. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors and provide manufacturer authorization letters. The installation will be carried out at the main store of PUMHS, Nawabshah, with a delivery period of 4 weeks after issuance of the procurement order. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, minimum three years of relevant experience, and required annual turnover as per bid documents. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS portal by 17-10-2026 at 11:15 AM. Tender fees of Rs. 7,000 and bid security as specified must be submitted in the prescribed manner. The bids will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest item rate. Payment terms include 70% payment after inspection and 30% after satisfactory installation and commissioning. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to increase or decrease quantities as per SPPRA rules.
