Provision of Janitorial Services for Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta

The Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of janitorial services for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Provision of Janitorial Services SPH Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders includes assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 10 Million each in previous 5 years, accumulated turnover of at least PKR 40 Million in 3 subsequent previous years, presence in active tax payer list, valid BRA registration certificate, and ISO 9001 certification. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan and must have an office in Quetta City. The firm must provide all cleaning material required for cleanliness and agree to all terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents and contract agreement. Bid Security: The bids must accompany bid security in the form of deposit at call of 2% specified above in the name of the under-signed from a scheduled bank.
