Provision of Janitorial Services at 48-Family Suites Islamabad

The Estate Office Management, Islamabad, an attached department of the Ministry of Housing & Works, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure for the provision of janitorial services at 48-Family Suites located in Islamabad. This tender is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations as active taxpayers. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services for 48-Family Suites at Islamabad The scope of work includes comprehensive janitorial services ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the suites. These must reach the Committee Room by 20/08/2026 during office hours; otherwise, the bid will not be opened.
