Construction of Various Rehabilitation Works at Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre (KTDMC)

Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre (KTDMC), a subsidiary of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for the Construction of Various Rehabilitation Works at its premises located in Sector 38, NC-24, Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal, ensuring transparency and ease of submission for registered bidders. The site is located adjacent to Pakistan Refinery Limited, Korangi Creek Road, Karachi. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet all eligibility criteria including valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with relevant codes, active FBR registration, and submission of required affidavits and bid security. The contract duration is six months from the date of commencement. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 26th October 2026 at 10:30 am, with bid opening at 11:00 am the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. A bid security of PKR 415,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of KTDMC is required. Technical and financial bids are submitted together under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Selection technique.
