Provision of Kitchen, Janitorial and Stationary Items to TransPeshawar Office Under Framework Agreement

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered with FBR for income and sales tax (NTN and STRN) and reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR for the provision of Kitchen, Janitorial and Stationary Items to the Office of TransPeshawar under a Framework Agreement. This procurement is managed by TransPeshawar, responsible for project implementation, management, and maintenance of urban rapid transit projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Kitchen Items - Janitorial Items - Stationary Items The detailed schedule of supply is provided in the Bid Solicitation Document available on the TransPeshawar website (http://transpeshawar.pk/). Procurement will follow the Act and Rules of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) using a Single Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 30, 2026 at 11:30 AM (PST) at the TransPeshawar office for interested bidders. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before November 12, 2026 at 11:30 AM (PST). Hard bid submissions are not allowed. Bid security must be submitted as per the Bid Solicitation Document requirements. Bids will be opened on November 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM (PST) via EPADS in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The advertisement is also available on the websites of TransPeshawar, KPPRA (http://kppra.gov.pk), and EPADS. TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel any or all bids with cogent reason. Bidders should ensure their FBR registration and ATL status are current and carefully review the Bid Solicitation Document for compliance with bid security and submission requirements.
