Provision of Kitchen, Janitorial and Stationary Items to TransPeshawar Office Under Framework Agreement

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered with FBR for income and sales tax (NTN and STRN) and reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR for the provision of Kitchen, Janitorial and Stationary Items to the Office of TransPeshawar under a Framework Agreement. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) using a Single Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Kitchen Items - Janitorial Items - Stationary Items The detailed schedule of supply is provided in the Bid Solicitation Document available on the TransPeshawar website. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and supply requirements as outlined in the solicitation. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR for income and sales tax, NTN and STRN, and inclusion on the ATL. Bid security must be submitted as per the Bid Solicitation Document. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM (PST) at the TransPeshawar office. Complete bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal on or before November 12, 2026, at 11:30 AM (PST). Hard copy submissions are not allowed.
