Provision of LED, Cabinet AC 4.0 Ton, and Furniture for Punjab Women Protection Authority

The Punjab Women Protection Authority (PWPA) Lahore invites sealed bids for the provision of Goods & Furniture & Fixtures from registered Companies, Firms, Suppliers, and Dealers with relevant Registration Authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Bidders must not be blacklisted by PPRA. Items being procured: - LED (Quantity: 01, Estimated Cost: Rs. 1,320,000, Bid Security: Rs. 26,400) - Cabinet AC 4.0 Ton (Quantity: 02, Estimated Cost: Rs. 1,600,000, Bid Security: Rs. 32,000) - Purchase of Furniture (Quantity: 15, Estimated Cost: Rs. 1,200,000, Bid Security: Rs. 24,000) The procurement will be conducted through the E-Tendering process on the Punjab E-Procurements website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders can obtain detailed bidding documents and specifications from the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and PWPA website www.pwpa.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Separate Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted online. Bid Security at 2% of the estimated cost totaling Rs. 82,400 must be submitted through the E-Procurement System before tender opening. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must also be uploaded. Bids must be submitted by 13th November 2026 at 02:00 PM at the PWPA office, Near Filter Hospital, Wahdat Road, Lahore. The tender opening will be held the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of participating companies' representatives. Bidders should ensure their registration with relevant tax authorities and PPRA compliance.
