All items must meet the specified standards and warranty requirements as detailed in the tender documents. Delivery will be made on F.O.R basis at the hospital premises. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, Professional Tax certificates, Chamber of Commerce membership, and an affidavit of non-blacklisting. Bidders must provide samples at tender opening and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience in teaching hospitals. Earnest money of 2% of the bid value is required via Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of the Executive Director IM&CH Nawabshah.
