Provision of Missing Facilities at Various Government Schools in Kharan

The Municipal Committee Kharan invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of works related to the provision of missing facilities at various government schools in Kharan for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Provision of Missing Facilities at GBPS Lathar Kharan - Provision of Missing Facilities at GBPS Sherozai Kharan - Provision of Missing Facilities at GGPS Lathar Kharan - Provision of Missing Facilities at GGPS Hakim Sherozai Kharan - Provision of Missing Facilities at GGMS Haji Nasrullah Town Kharan - Provision of Missing Facilities at Kharan Public Model High School Kharan - Provision of Missing Facilities at GBPS New Wadh Kharan - Provision of Missing Facilities at GGHS Qadirabad Kharan - Provision of Missing Facilities at GGPS Secteriate Road Shoaibabad Kharan - Provision of Missing Facilities at GBMS Siyapat Kharan The scope includes the construction and installation of missing facilities at the specified government schools in Kharan. The works will be carried out under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must have registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and be present in the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum of 70% PKR tender amount in the last 2 years and demonstrate financial capacity. Bid Security of 2% of each scheme's estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 1,500. The last date for bid submission is 24 August 2026 till 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Municipal Committee near DPO office Kharan.
