Tender Description
The University of Baltistan, Skardu invites sealed bids for the Supply of IT & Other Equipments under contract reference P145758 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

The technical specifications include Tier-1 commercial grade equipment such as HP, Dell, Lenovo for computers and laptops, HP LaserJet for printers, and Cisco, Ruijie, Ubiquiti for networking equipment. All items must be brand new, genuine, and covered by manufacturer or authorized distributor warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the item. The scope covers delivery to Shiger Lamsa Road, Skardu with specified delivery schedules mostly within 20 to 30 days.
