Provision, Operation and Maintenance of Public Address System and Allied Equipment for LMBS, PMBS and MMBS

Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) Lahore invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the provision, operation and maintenance of public address system and allied equipment on a service-based model for Lahore Metro Bus System (LMBS), Punjab Metro Bus System (PMBS) and Multan Metro Bus System (MMBS). This procurement is aimed at ensuring safe, efficient, and comfortable urban transportation through reliable electrical works and O&M services. Items being procured: - Provision, operation and maintenance of public address system - Allied equipment for LMBS - Allied equipment for PMBS - Allied equipment for MMBS The scope includes electrical works related to the public address systems across the three metro bus systems. Bidders must have relevant experience in electrical works and O&M for electrical systems. The tender documents can be downloaded from the PMA website, PPRA website, and Punjab e-Procurement System. Registration as a service provider on the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be legally established entities in Pakistan, registered as sole proprietors, partnership firms, or companies with SECP, FBR, and Punjab Revenue Authority. Active taxpayer status (ATL) is mandatory. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must be furnished electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting at 1130 Hrs on 28th September 2026 at the PMA office. The deadline for bid submission is 08th October 2026 at 1100 Hrs, with electronic bids only accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration and bid security submission on the Punjab e-Procurement System to avoid disqualification. Manual bids are not accepted, so familiarity with the e-procurement portal is essential. This tender is governed by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014.
