Hiring of Security Services for Model Cattle Markets of PCMMDC Faisalabad Division

Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC), a Section 42 company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017, invites bids for hiring security services for its Model Cattle Markets in Faisalabad Division. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure. Items being procured: - Hiring of 04 security guards for Model Cattle Market Niamoana, Faisalabad - Hiring of 12 security guards for Model Cattle Market Jhang City The scope includes provision of security services at the specified cattle markets. Bidders must be registered security service companies/firms with valid licenses issued by the competent authority, active NTN, STRN/PRA registration, and must comply with all eligibility criteria in the bidding documents. The quoted rates must include all applicable taxes, statutory contributions, minimum wage compliance, EOBI/PESSI, and labor laws. The number of guards may be adjusted subject to contract and procurement rules. Bid security of 5% of the estimated price is required via digital or bank guarantee on the e-Procurement portal.
