Hiring of Security and Janitorial Services

Higher Education Department Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids via PPRA E-procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk from qualified Security and Janitorial Services providers including firms, companies, and joint ventures registered with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA). Bidders must have a professional tax certificate for fiscal year 2026-27 from Excise & Taxation Department. Bids should follow rule 38(2)(a) PPR-2014 single stage two envelope procedures as detailed in tender documents. Items being procured: - LOT-I: Framework Contract for Provision of Security Services & Allied Services with an estimated budget of Rs. 15,000,000 and 2% bid security of Rs. 300,000 - LOT-II: Framework Contract for Provision of Janitorial Services & Allied Services with an estimated budget of Rs. 30,000,000 and 2% bid security of Rs. 600,000 The contracts cover comprehensive security and janitorial services for Higher Education Department facilities in Lahore. Bidders must submit scanned bid security instruments (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order) of 2% of estimated price in the name of Section Officer (General) Higher Education Department. The original bid security must be delivered to HED office before bid submission deadline. Bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 12 October 2026 at 01:00 PM. Bid opening will be held on the same day at 02:00 PM.
